We arrived late at night only to find out that the hot water boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water all three nights we stayed there. They made it up by providing free buffet breakfast and they also offered a 25% discount on our stay, but to be honest we haven’t yet seen the refund

From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, our experience was five stars plus.
My wife and I loved the literary theme of this hotel. The room was incredibly clean, very modern . The staff was friendly yet professional. We especially liked talking with Isabelle, one of the breakfast buffet staff. Speaking of the breakfast buffet , the quality and selection of food and beverages was out standing. We will definitely book here again when we return to Munich.

"Friendly staff and was able to get our room prior to check-in time, which was a plus since we came in on an overnight flight and we were tired. Excellent location walking distance to cental station on the quieter side and easy walk to Old Town Munich. Will definitely stay here again."
