"Pros: Der Check in und auch der sonstige Kontakt zum Gastgeber war freundlich und mit immer schnellen Antworten seinerseits bei Fragen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemĂŒtlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar eine eigene Sauna hat es. "Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 13 NĂ€chten. Es hat uns dreien insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber, man hat alles gehabt was man benötige. Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, abends konnte man auch gut auf der Couch sitzen und ein Film gucken. Oder wie wir auch im Garten ein paar Runden Krocket spielen( selbst mitgebracht)Der Kontakt mit den Gastgeber(n) war sehr gut und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt. "

"Wir hatten einen (von Pflasterarbeiten beim Nachbarn abgesehen) ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub am Stadtrand von Bad Berleburg. Der Ortskern ist jedoch sehr gut fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Ein Teil der Terrasse ist ĂŒberdacht, so dass man auch bei Regenwetter draußen sitzen kann. Vor allem unsere Teenies hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Tischtennisplatten. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben Nichts vermisst."

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
