We found many places to get food and drinks, and some interesting shops. The easy walkability is a true plus. Proximity to highways that lead to sightseeing/tourist experiences is also a plus. "We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!"

"We stayed at this property during the week of the Bolder Boulder. It was a perfect location. It’s an easy 1.5 mile walk to the start and a 1.5 mile walk from the finish. Very quiet location with great paths for walking our dog."

"This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. "We came here for a softball tournament. It was a good fit for three of us. We chose this house to allow us to have a place to cook. There’s alot of neighborhood movement all hours of the night. There’s also a dumpster in front of the house for public use. Therefore, there’s almost always someone out front. It was very convenient for the ball fields."

"My husband and I were in Boulder to attend our son’s graduation from CU. We could not have chosen a property at a better location. Right next to Pearl Street. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and an extensive system of hiking trails. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable… and even though it is near all the action, it is quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, there’s a great view of the mountains from the deck. "The location was perfect for my purpose of being with family in Boulder. However, as a person well beyond graduate school age, I was disappointed with this space. The host will say that I was not happy before I moved in, and she would be correct. The abandoned cars, motorcycles and bicycles in the parking lot were not a welcoming impression. (Nor was the wafting of cannabis in the common entryway.) The overgrown tennis court was not playable - likely for years - making the property description...
