"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they were nice enough to upgrade my room because the one I had on hold by the time I got to the hotel was gone. My only complaint would be that the food in the casino food court was not great. I was expecting a sit down restaurant somewhere maybe there was one, but I couldn't find it. Overall, the room was fantastic."

"The quietest stay I’ve ever had in 20+ years of going there. Prior weekend had 3 hockey leagues and a wedding. Next time i plan a trip there I’ll phone the front desk and see what groups are attending and I’ll work around it."

"The room was always clean and bed done every time we came back, we requested for a specific type of coffee, which they always did, location is fair, the area is nice, no traffic, and it’s about half an hour from Toronto downtown, which is a fair time. There is plenty of cafés and restaurants to choose for breakfast lunch and dinner, less than 15 minutes away from the hotel. Personal was very friendly and helpful, check in was smooth. The hotel in general was clean and in great condition. We stayed for five days and enjoyed it greatly. I definitely recommend it. "

"We were welcomed and provided a great room. We appreciated our room placement given the construction taking place behind the hotel and how close it is to the highway. We found parking by a door closer to our room. Staff is very friendly. They do a comfort check before bed to make sure you have everything you need and i thought that was a nice personal touch. Well done. "
