Private and Peaceful Family-friendly Home near Beach - close to everything!

Large rambling one-story home leads into a huge screened porch and one acre back yard. Grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of privacy with farmland on three sides yet only eight miles to Bethany Beach, Delaware. Close to music and live theatre venues, animal parks, and botanical gardens, all within 3 miles. Centrally located between two beach boardwalks with amusement park rides in Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, Md. Roam down to the naturalized pond and take a canoe for a spin, water levels and conditions permitting. Towels and hoses are provided for cleaning canoes, please be aware this is a rural property in a farm setting.
