Designer Getaway - Hot Tub/ 4 Minutes to Dahlonega/2-Bedrooms/Dog Friendly!

Welcome to Dahlonega! This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*), spacious two-bedroom home is just two miles from the Dahlonega Square and half a mile from Accent Cellars, a five-star micro-winery.

This is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests.

Enjoy the six-person hot tub and the fenced-in backyard, a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque.

- ONLY ONE HOUSE IS INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING
- The house is on a shared driveway with two other houses (one tiny home, and another small house also used as a vacation rental). The tiny home is used for storage. If you would like to read the reviews or book the other small house, just let us know and we can send over the link.
- Wi-Fi is shared with the small house. Guests can expect internet download speeds around 105 Mbps.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.

Fall Getaway

Location is peaceful, but close to town. Lots of shopping nearby and fun restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable bed. Fenced in yard for the dogs is a big plus!

Perfect getaway in the the most beautiful part of the state

This property is neatly tucked away giving you a feeling of being almost completely isolated, but only 4 mins away from downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what we consider the most beautiful scenery in all of Georgia.

Lovely Christmas Getaway

The house was just as comfortable and beautiful as it looks - and very convenient to all of the Christmas festivities downtown. It was such a peaceful and lovely place to be. The host anticipated all of our needs and was timely and communicative. It was just as home stays should be, and we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location, but disappointed

The home is in a beautiful, peaceful location that is convenient to downtown. We arrived at 10 pm to a very musty smelling patio area. The smell was present inside the house, but not nearly as noticeable. The cleanliness of the house was less than desirable- cobwebs on the walls and windows and dog fur on the furniture and beds. The sheets appeared clean, however there was dog fur on them as well. I am VERY picky about the cleanliness of a home and my expectations are high, however this rental was not one that impressed me at all. Overall- mediocre at best.

Wedding Anniversary

We had a wonderful time at the Designer Getaway. The house was in great shape and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace where we could just hang out with a glass of wine, the hot tub and the fenced yard for our pup. It is very convenient to Dahlonega, the wine tastings and the beautiful parks for walking. We definitely want to come back soon.

Amazing Stay

My husband, our small pup and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. The home is exactly as described, it is a peaceful oasis surrounded by forest. The home was very clean and had anything you could possibly need. The hot tub was nice and the outdoor area was very relaxing. The proximity to downtown Dahlonega was so convenient.

The location was perfect. We were very close to Dahlonega and loved the mountain views.

My husband and I loved the hot tub and the back yard! The Master suite bed/bath was perfect. We really appreciated that we could bring our cocker spaniels. Having a fenced in back yard was amazing and unexpected.

This place was a surprise. The pictures don't do it justice. Very open, bright, great fall view. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were amazing. Clean in every way!

Great short stay!

This home was perfect for our short weekend visit to Dahlonega. Close to town made it a perfect spot for a short visit with my daughter and her 2 young children. We could hike, visit the gold mine, shop and grab dinner and still have a quiet, lovely and beautifully decorated place to spend the evening. The home was cozy and clean and even had coffee pods for our morning coffee! Thank you for thinking of the little things. We enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I have wanted to visit Dahlonega for more than a year. We finally made the time this past weekend. Our cabin was close enough to town to make several trip a day, if needed. However it felt secluded enough to relax in the outdoor space and just chill. The interior was clean and tidy. Decorated enough to feel cozy and at home but still feel like vacation.

Gorgeous Property

Great location, 1/2 mile from Accent Winery and very close to several wineries. The house is so very surprising, from the outside it looks like your typical little cottage, but inside it is stunning. The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large area that is decorated flawlessly and comfortably. The two bedrooms were also furnished extremely cute and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was very large and clean. I wish it had not been raining so that we could have enjoyed the back of the property with the grill and outdoor fireplace and seating area. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall A Good Experience

We enjoyed the privacy and especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. We had some issues with the indoor gas fireplace but eventually figured it out. On the second night, we moved into the guest bedroom because there were no blinds in the master. When the sun arose, it was impossible to sleep any longer. The bathroom mirrors would be fine for shaving etc, if you are 4 feet tall. LOL The spa is large, and so is the cover. To lift the cover back onto the spa, you will need to be a weight-lifter or two fairly sturdy individuals. The pluses far outweighed the minuses.
