"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"It’s located close to the station, plenty of restaurants and small shops around. There is a supermarket, convenience store and laundry close by. The staff is friendly and helped us to send out bags to the next hotel, lend us plates etc for our takeaway. A really great value for money hotel in this town! We stayed here and went on a daytrip (easy by train) to Kakunodate (Samurai Village)."

"The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the parking so I can't speak to those areas. I had an amazing stay and really enjoyed my room and the location. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area."

"We had a pleasant stay at Omagari Empire Hotel. The hotel may be slightly old-fashioned, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Omagari Station, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were polite, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the good service and hospitality. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, and the free parking was a bonus for those driving. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay for both business and leisure travellers visiting Daisen. "
