Scam hotel

I paid the room through hotel.com but Hotel say that they don't receive any money and the hotel is full. Hotel answer customer service (hotel.com) that they don't speak English. They do not refunding the money back to hotel.com

Scam alert -ARNAQUE

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — SCAM ALERT I made a confirmed, non-refundable booking for my wife through Hotels.com and paid in full online. When she arrived at Bi Hotel Sarl in Dakar, they refused to let her check in and told her they don’t accept online payments — only cash. This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings? They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help. Just cold treatment and excuses. This is a scam tactic. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They take your money online, then deny you service on arrival. Hotels.com should remove them immediately. —— À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT — ARNAQUE J’ai fait une réservation confirmée et non remboursable pour ma femme via Hotels.com et j’ai payé en ligne. Une fois arrivée à Bi Hotel Sarl à Dakar, on lui a refusé l’entrée sous prétexte qu’ils n’acceptent pas les paiements en ligne — uniquement en espèces. C’est totalement malhonnête. Pourquoi être présent sur une plateforme comme Hotels.com si vous refusez les réservations déjà payées ? Ils ont attendu qu’elle arrive pour exiger un paiement en espèces, alors que tout avait été payé d’avance. Aucun remboursement. Aucun soutien. Juste du mépris et des excuses. C’est une arnaque. Fuyez cet hôtel. Ils encaissent votre argent en ligne, puis refusent de vous accueillir. Hotels.com devrait les retirer immédiatement de leur plateforme.
