Lighthouse staff were extremely friendly and professional. Ms. Maryam and Mr. Bandi were always available to answer questions AND/OR solve any issues. I’d recommend this place anyone looking for an affordable accommodation and very quiet area.

The property is clean and very comfortable. But the honest truth is the Manager and his front desk staff is amazing. They help out and are available to answer questions with no problem. This is a great, if not the greatest hotel in dakar. I recommend it!!

The property was beautiful! Very clean and the management did a great job taking care of us. They responded to every request quickly. We enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave. The best part is the location. We could see the African Renaissance Statue from two of the bedroom windows. You can walk there and to the Lighthouse easily.

Great quality price ratio. It was conveniently next to an excellent brunch restaurant and very close to the lighthouse restaurant for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The road leading up to the building is not paved due to ongoing construction and unclearly marked on google maps but this is a minor issue.

I expected a lot more based on the reviews, but I'm very disappointed. The building is still under construction. There was nonstop jackhammering from 10 am to 6 pm. The area is not good. It is walking distance to the African monument but no banks or supermarkets nearby, just one very overpriced restaurant. It takes almost an hour to go from this northern suburb to downtown Dakar, which is further south. Also the staff struggled with the basics. they asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said "not today, but I want it tomorrow." They asked me three times, and then the following day told me that my room wasn't cleaned because they didn't know if I wanted it....
