West Point Dakhla hotel is exactly as advertised, I booked a bungalow with beach front which was nice, the beach is just a few steps away. The only thing they don’t tell is the staff is amazing, friendly and organized. All of them care for the client’s comfort. The food is ok with the unique Dakhla taste. The installation is safe and well maintained. I didn’t use the tour services, but the airport transfer was great. In case I come back to Dakhla, definitely I will look for this place.

The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers.

Je vais décrire mon expérience au sein de west point dakhla! -Dakhla est une destination de détente , idéale pour un voyage en couple ou en solo ( Il y a aussi de plus en plus de familles) -Les avantages de l’hôtel : Les bangalow sont magnifiques très beaux Une grande piscine propre Un restaurant sympa correct avec connexion La vue sur mer est époustouflante S'endormir avec le bruit des vagues devient coutume (je pourrais en faire des poèmes jusqu'au petit matin) Les serveurs sont adorables et très serviable -Les inconvénients de l’hôtel: Avant de me rendre à l’hôtel , j'avais du mal à les joindre pendant des semaines au point que j'ai du soumettre une réclamation (difficilement joignable) La propreté est moyenne (les draps ne sont pas changés) , les flacons de shampoing non plus (une fois j'en avais demandé ils m'en ont ramené d'une autre chambres des flacons utilisés en me disant dépannez avec ça..) Il faut faire des efforts sur le type de serviette de chambre , elles sont trop petite (peut etre repenser à des robes de chambre -peignoirs-) vu le prix qu'on paye c'est le minimum Il n y'a pas de connexion dans les chambres Le buffet est très médiocre ( le petit déjeuner ça va ! le déjeuner est une catastrophe , très peu de choix et absence de dessert ou de gâteaux , le dîner est correcte avec des desserts très basique genre banane , pomme orange dans le meilleur des cas)

Buona cucina e riposo assoluto

transfer da e per l'ereoporto perfetto: abbondante e di ottima qualità la colazione, il pranzo e la cena, servizio efficiente. Forse un po' alto il prezzo del soggiorno tenuto conto che siamo nel Sahara occidentale. Wifi disponibile solo nella zona comune.

Sejour inoubliable !! Le personnel est très accueillant et à nos petits soins. L’hôtel est idéalement situé devant un spot de surf, et un service de navette matin et après-midi est à disposition pour partir sur le spot de kite. Le buffet (matin,midi,soir) situé dans une jolie salle toute en bois, avec vue sur la piscine est toujours garnis, variés et très copieux !! Concernant les chambres, bungalow spacieux, très propre avec un service de chambre super ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter l’hôtel West Point et seront ravis de revenir l’année prochaine !! SEJOUR WEST POINT

West Point contient des bungalow assez bien fait . Avantages : très proche de la ville (4km environ) très propore. super architecture . Construction écologique Organisation d'excursion Personnel acceuillant (Merci Mohamed pour ton acceuil :)) Inconvenients : -Loin de la plage il faut marcher si on veut se baigner ou prendre l'un des transports gratuits de l'hôtel ...West Point est plus adapté aux surfeurs (là c'est tout prêt ) -Restauration très très moyenne , même buffet salade (pas toujours fraîches) chaque jour pour un séjour de 6 jours et des fois . Le reste est TOP et la région est juste superbe plage , vent , lagune, climat ,desert et les gens. Cordialement

Hôtel reposant et accueillant

Un hôtel très propre et très bien entretenue. Proximité de la plage immédiate et une piscine quotidiennement nettoyer. Un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Le personnel et leur accueil et vraiment agréable. Mohamed s’est très bien occupé de nous et nous a vraiment mis à l’aise. Les enfants 10 ans 7 ans 3 ans ont tous eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous y retournerons avec joie. Merci à toute l équipe de l hôtel, aux serveurs très discrets et serviables.

great waves experience

I was in a dakhla for kitesurfing vacation and actually was searching for the place different from camp in lagoon. The hotel is amazing, has 2 floors cottages with everything you may need. The best hot shower I ever had in Dakhla. The restaurant is very nice with a great offer of different things. They even make a fresh msmemmen bread in the morning, super tasty. The beach is very beautiful, good for surfing and not bad for kiting with the waves.. For those who want to go to lagoon there’s a free transfer every 2h.. I’d say highly recommended.

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Mooie huisje ruim en goed te doen met 4 personen. Heerlijke matrassen. Goede verbinding en gratis shuttle bus naar dakhla attitude als je niet in de golven wil kitesurfen De schoonmaak dames waren ook top. Elke dag alles netjes. Dan het eten dat was ook super. Klein minpuntje het warme eten was soms niet echt warm genoeg. Nog steeds erg lekker .

Westpoint tout neuf. Staff très nombreux aux petits soins. Hôtel jardins paradisiaques soignes, brossés…matin au soir. Restaurants bon, sans être excellent. Logés « front line » à 4m de l’Océan, magnifique, à l’abri du vent, l’après-midi au soleil, regard immense sur l’Atlantique. Bungalows rudimentaires, très bien agencés, bon gout, pratiques, isolation thermique excellente. Dakhla vent frais (froid) 24/24, 7/7 et 11/12. Agréable, à la fin (un peu) lassant. Dakhla peu à voir, pas très touristique, restaurants aux huitres (excellentes, fraiches) serre immense culture tomates cerises exportations, Golf Royal désertique, source eau chaude, pour courageux, 4x4 et guide Dune Blanche magnifique (petite à côté Dune du Pilat), côtes plages sans fin côté intérieur baie paradisiaques. Westpoint et Dakhla sentis en sécurité, jamais agressés. Pr nager il faut courage, hôtel eau mer +/-15° Océan plages mais avec rochers invisibles grosses vagues, no Rescue, baie (Dakhla Attitude) belles étendues plages mer calme no risques. Westpoint, Firts Line, face à l’Océan, pas « donné », mais All In (sauf boissons) l’expérience pieds dans l’Océan PARADISIAQUE !

Logement parfait, service de chambre excellent par contre service à la réception peu satisfaisant : impossible de nous trouver une location de voiture, navette vers l'hitel dakhla attitude prévue mais inexistantes dans les faits, wifi non captée dans la chambre et instable. Vue piscine qui n'existe pas. Repas excellents sauf les desserts presque inexistants. Pomme ou banane la plupart du temps.

bon séjour

emplacement différent des autres hébergements qui se situent sur la lagune. De ce fait, beaucoup plus calme et avec une piscine eau de mer. La vue à l'aurore et au crépuscule est magnifique. La prestation est pension complète et est excellente. les bungalows sont récents mais ont quelques détails étrange : par exemple l'éclairage de la salle de bain est très mal pensé. tout vient de derrière.
