"Breakfast was great. Different foods to try. I like the egg sandwich with cheese. Everything was good but the toilet lid came off several times. Different type I tried to fix. The metal handle came off the shower door. Was not fixed while there. We managed. I like the no fee for service dogs. They have to be labeled service dog. Parking was expensive for 7 days. 15.00 a day because non hotel customers park and walk to Mall of America. So why are customers charged. We shouldn't be punished. Should have a sign "only hotel customers parking " or you will be fined and towed away" on all entrances/exits."

"When I first arrived, they gave me a room and the room was dirty. There was trash beds were not made all the way bathroom was dirty. There’s hair in the shower. I went downstairs. They switched me to another room room was not clean bathroom had Hair didn’t want to move again so I cleaned the bathroom myself. It was a busy weekend. The receptionist said so there was no rooms available for me but King room I had two younger kids when I called to see if they had rooms available. They never mentioned that the pool was gonna be not available as well I stay here all the time when I come to the mall of America and was very unsatisfied this time."

"The breakfast was meh at best. Meat undercooked and hash browns ground up tots and nearly raw. Expired my keys 5 days before checking out, so standing in rain trying to access building to no avail. Water turned off to building on last day without notice (said they gave flyers to staff to distribute, but did not), And took multiple reports for them to address extremely loud foul mouthed guest even though they admitted that they could hear him in the lobby! Won’t be staying again."

"I was going to be checking in after midnight due to a late flight. I called repeatedly throughout the afternoon to let the front desk know but I was never able to get a person on the line or leave a message. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took me a while to figure out how get ahold of someone to check me in. (When the employee did arrive, she was very friendly and helpful, so no complaints there.) The room had a strong odor of old cigarette smoke and the window would not fully close. The WiFi was out during my stay. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. The room was fairly bare bones, but it did the job."

"Great location. Nice, clean facility and helpful staff. Parking caused anxiety but do not be concerned. Not an issue at all. Huge affordable parking directly across street that is even connected by Skywalk. Highly recommend property. Fantastic location at reasonable prices."
