We had a really nice stay! Staff was amazing! Daisy was especially awesome with all the help she provided us with from the beginning to end! Will recommend to anyone looking for a spacious long stay near the DICC with quick 4th floor access to a mall with a hundred dining options.

It was a such a lovely hotel I really enjoyed staying They have really fantastic amenity All of the staff were very nice My room was really spacious One thing you need to be aware is if you want to use the swimming pool you have to take your swimming hat with you otherwise the staff will not let you go inside

프론트에 한국어 할줄 아는 직원분이 계셔서 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 좋았어요. 1. 지하철 2호선, 갤러리아 몰이 연결되어 있어 관광지로 이동 및 쇼핑이 편리함. 2. 갤러리아 몰 지하에 빅유마켙과 홀리랜드가 입점해 있어 쇼핑이 편함. 3. 동강 음악분수광장, 동방수성이 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 러시아 거리나 동관지에도 택시로 이동거리가 멀지 않아 좋았음. 4. 조식도 나름 괜찮았고, 수영장은 이용해 보지 않았지만, 애들과 함께하는 가족여행객들에게는 좋지 않을까 합니다. 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소였습니다. :)

한국어 하는 스탭도 있었고 전체적으로 영어도 다들 잘해서 소통에 문제가 없었습니다. 가성비도 좋고 넓고 깨끗한 룸에 어메니티도 아뜰리에코롱 자몽향으로 너무 좋았습니다. 식기와 그릇 그리고 세탁기 조리도구 싱크대 등이있어서 간단한 음식정도는 해먹을수팄는 레지던스 스타일이라 가족여행분들에게도 좋을것같습니다. 냉장고가 크고 좋았어요.
