There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).
Your spacious and luxurious vacation rental is 3200+ square foot of fun for everyone. We can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests.

Space & luxury await in this beautiful vacation rental right in the heart of Dallas/ Ft Worth!
The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.


There is a BRAND NEW 32,000 gallon below ground swimming pool and hot tub (32' x 16') for you to cool off those hot Dallas days and nights. We also just completed the new outdoor kitchen, complete with professional 36' natural gas grill, 60,000 BTU side burner, vertical pellet smoker, and pizza oven. Just think of the family fun with the massive cookout and swimming in the stunning backyard.
There is a Yale smart lock on the front door to allow for 24-hour check in/ check out.

YEEESSS!!! We are thrilled to say the backyard is now open for guests to enjoy. The brand new swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and playground are completed and ready to serve as your own private oasis.
Future projects include converting the existing shed into a relaxing dry sauna. We are also planning on making the garage into a luxury home theater with space for everyone to spread out.

1. A photo of your valid state-issued ID
2. A selfie holding the same ID
3. A credit card on file for the security hold
(This is not a charge — the card is only held on file for incidentals or damages, similar to hotel procedures.)
4. All names must match the reservation.

Please complete verification within 24 hours.
Check-in instructions will be released once this step is complete. Cancelation policy persists for any guest who fails to complete the verification process

Do NOT waste your money. This is not luxury at all- from molded smelling potatoes left for months in a cabinet, pubic hair and tons of orange mold left in the showers, clouded and dirty pool/hot tub- the pictures are a COMPLETE deception. Also, there were fake, rose petals left under the master bedroom bed, as if it was there since Valentine’s Day, along with hair and tons of dirt…… large ants inside the master & living room…. I took pictures and videos of everything..I have NEVER stayed anywhere this disgusting.I addressed the cleanliness and sanitation immediately, during the first night of the visit and the homeowner offered zero solution- as I press the matter because we were going to have people over the next day for my daughter’s graduation party, The situation never got resolved and even when trying to find plates and utensils to use, the house was beyond dirty- I don’t mean a couple spots on the spoons, I mean, sticky brown, gooey stuff in the cabinets, that smelled like rotting fish.Disappointment does not even begin to explain my experience with this host and this property-And the location is pretty much the same as living in the Bronx.Just terrible all around. Worst money ever spent.

Melissa was a great communicator and answered all of my messages quickly. I did have to ask for check in and check out instructions but received those in a timely manner. If you book this house, make sure and communicate you are wanting the hot tub and pool to be heated (if desired), she can turn it on remotely, we didn't know. Maybe it can be cleaned too, it wasn't for us. When seeing the word "luxury" in the listing I was disappointed in the stay. There we're a lot of small details that added up to a negative experience. Things like only bath towels were provided, no hand towels or wash cloths. No towel hooks in the restroom, squeaky bed. Some places in the house we're dirty (bathroom floors, dusty side tables, sticky counters) When trying to communicate this with Melissa and sending her zoomed in pictures she responded quickly with the zoomed out photos she received from her cleaning team. Overall, our team had a safe place to stay for a night but we would not stay here again.

My family and I had a terrific time in this beautiful property. The kids swam in the pool and we all enjoyed the huge outdoor kitchen and patio. The outdoor lighting, outdoor fireplace, and spa were also a big hit!

My stay was just ok. My family and I was looking for a luxurious and spacious property with a great backyard w/a pool. The home is very big and spacious, but was not luxurious in my opinion. Some things werent as pictured. Fabric on ottoman in upstairs bedroom and chairs of dining room tables were soiled and dirty. Shower curtains and liners were very cheap quality and flimsy. Monopoly money to the game was found behind the bed in downstairs bedroom. The leather couch was dingy and cracked and not as new as it appears in pictures. Towel ring fell off in upstairs jack and jill bathroom. Pool was cloudy, blue green water, leaves floating on top and debris deep in the pool. I did contact the host Melissa to inform her about my dog having to come on the trip due to last minute change. She answered in a timely manner and was very accommodating to welcome him even though I was willing to pay the required fee. I also told her about the pool and she did tell me there was bad weather the day of check in that could have caused the pool to become cloudy, react with the chemicals, and cause the debris. I understood that fact but asked if someone could come out to reclean the pool since we could not touch pool supplies or equipment per property rules. Informed her the backyard was the main amenity we came to enjoy. She then refused to do so b/c according to VRBO if pool was clean before check in, that it is not required or is at host discretion.

Overall the stay was good. We had some hiccups but overall we made the best of things.Hiccups include - only one pool stick for the pool table; the bedrooms didn't have working tv remotes; jets for the hot tub were not working nor was the fire/water wall

What a wonderful place for an Event with a large group. We had clean towels and linen and the house was comfortable and quiet at night. Our host was quick to answer message and friendly to work with! We will definitely be back!

We arrived and the host, Melissa, was there making sure everything was set up and ready to go. She answered a few questions and was available and responsive throughout our stay. The inside space was large and open, bedrooms, bathrooms and game room were also good space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and glasses. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Oh there were a ton of games available. The outside space MADE the stay! The pool was amazing (hot tub and waterfalls), the kids loved the swing set, slide and climbing wall. There were yard games like corn hole, plastic ax throwing, etc. There was an endless supply of towels as well as pool floats. Everyone loved the space and it made our family & friend gathering a huge success. I would rent here again!
