Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: We are not liable for towing fees.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Utilities: Rent covers $125 for a 2-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Additional cost may apply should the above limit be exceeded

Gym & Pool Access (For Stays Over 31 Days):
A community gym is available for guest use. To access the gym and pool, guests staying more than 31 days must be registered as occupants through AppFolio and obtain a resident ID from the HOA office.
