Enter to a spacious living room with high-speed internet to binge watch all your favorite shows. Experience endless fun and excitement in our game room from classic board games to Air Hockey Table there`s something for everyone. Enter to well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities to make a delicious home cooked meal. Followed by a spacious dining table for entertaining and memorable family moments.

In the master bedroom you can unwind on the plush king-sized bed with a wall-mounted tv to catch up on all your favorite go-to shows. Attached to the master bedroom is your very own private bathroom with a shower and tub to unwind in after a long day. Next to the master you`ll find our well-supplied laundry room.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and does not need use of stairs.

There are 3 guest bedrooms upstairs, the first room with a queen-sized bed and the second with another queen bed, the third bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds. The home can sleep 10 adults comfortably.

Once you`ve fallen in love with the interior of the home; the backyard is equally as inviting. It comes with a beautiful heated pool and spacious area around the pool with string lights. The pool has a heated spa attached to it. The spa can be heated on request and there is an additional charge of $20 per night for turning on the spa heat and spa jets. The pool can also be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day.

Guests will have access to the whole house including the backyard area except for the garage. Please note pool is available year-round but be respectful of the neighbors after 10pm. Home is NOT child Proof. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN POOL.

1. Party rules: No Parties allowed. This house is in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood.

Outdoor quiet hours must be observed.

Quite time is 9:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Pre-approval is required for the visitors.

NO MUSIC in the backyard and no gatherings/events are allowed.

2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway. No parking in front of any neighbor`s house, no blocking mailboxes. Max of 2 cars on the driveway.

3. Security cameras: Ring doorbell is at the front door, 1 security camera facing side entrance, 1 camera facing the pool.

4. Spa /Pool: The pool and spa can be heated individually based on your preference.
Heated Spa - $20 per day
Needs 30-45 mins to heat up to 100 F
Heated pool - $100 per day
Needs 7-8 hrs to heat up to 85 F
The heated spa will be on for a maximum of 4 hours per day.

5. Pets: Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.

6. Nightly rate: Our nightly rate covers 10 guests. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests beyond booking.

7. Expectations: No drugs or illicit behavior, No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the home. There will be a penalty of $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside the home.

8. Issues: After you check in, if there are any issues with the home, please let the hosts know right away, Issues need to be addressed during the stay. Thank You.

9. House Rules: Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor`s homes) can constitute a cancelation of your booking.
1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 PM - 8:00 AM. Pre-approval is required for the large gatherings.
No music in the pool area.
No gatherings or events are allowed.

The pool and spa lights are set to come on at 7:30 PM and will go off at 9:30 PM.

2. Parking: Cars can be parked on the driveway which can accommodate 2 cars comfortably and additional cars can be parked on the street further down from the home.

3. Security cameras: Ring doorbell is at the front door, 1 security camera facing side entrance, 1 camera facing the pool.

4. Spa heat: The spa can be scheduled to be heated only between 12 PM to 9.30 PM upon advanced request. The spa typically takes an hour to heat up in Winter.
The Spa heat fee is $20 per day.
