This place looks nothing like the pictures, maybe from 30 years ago, mold and mildew in the showers, floors filthy, never been dusted, towels so thin and small they don’t even cover your body, sheets had holes in them.

The biggest problem is that we booked a best western but the hotel is actually a motel 6. In moderate disrepair. Apparently has not been a best western for a while.

I booked via Hotel.com a Best Western. When I arrived it was a Motel 6. The lobby looked NOTHING like the picture. Gray floors, gray walls and the desk behind a bullet proof glass. Looks like a depressing morgue. I was told they are “now” a Motel 6 however the sign didn’t look new so not sure about that. I NEVER would have booked a Motel 6. My room, discussing!! I actually killed a cockroach. Dirty, towels stained, rust cover lamps and towel rack and everything metal. Mold in shower. Mold on ceiling. Sink leaked and there was water all over counter. Walls and doors a mess. Total dump!!
