Clean and spacious house. Dishwasher didn’t work. W/D a little loud. Was close to ballpark as indicated. Neighborhood was friendly but crowded.

Home away from home
This is our second time staying at Shay’s place. It was me, my sister, and Dad. We come to Dallas for medical appointments and we like being close to the ATT Stadium, even though we’re about 20-30 mins away from UTSW medical center but we’re okay with that. We value a good nights sleep as well as comfort. If you forget a toiletry, no worries, complimentary items are provided. We hope to have this place available whenever we need it. Thank you, Shay for being kind and hospitable!

Baseball Tounament
Clean and nice. Perfect for what we needed. Appreciated the coffee! Parking right next to back door. A little bit of street and neighborhood noise, but not bothersome at all. Rooster in the distance in the morning was kind of fun! Super easy check in. Would definately stay again! 10 minutes to GlobeLife where we needed to be everyday!

Clean and nicely appointed
My husband and I stayed here with our adult children to see my elderly father who lives nearby. The place was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. There was a dog fight broken up by animal control in the middle of the night. I was comfortable there with my husband and son and slept through the ruckus with ear plugs. Overall, the place was nice and met our needs for the overnight near my dad.

We were in town for a baseball game at the Rangers Stadium and this property was in a great location minutes from the park, restaurants, groceries, and anything else we needed. The owner could not have been kinder when we missed our check out time. This was a great value too!

Perfectly Comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at Shay’s. She had personal touches everywhere. Check-in was very simple, directions simple, close to Walmart, and spacious. My sister said it was a bit noisy but I didn’t hear anything. I would stay again!
