Dallas Luxury New Build Great For Large Large Groups

Fantastic location in Dallas' Trinity Groves neighborhood, only a quick 5-minute drive over the Margret Hunt bridge to Downtown! This brand new home is +2200 square feet of modern black and gold luxury! Built with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, you'll be able to impress and entertain tons of guests in our open living room space. Great for family events, wedding celebrations, and watch parties. Comfortable ultra-plush beds in every room will leave everyone with a goodnight's sleep!

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Our group enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living room & kitchen! The beds and bedrooms were perfect for sleeping 16! The oversized master bedroom and bath is very accommodating.

Had a great stay here. Our group booked for my wife's birthday celebration. House had everything you would need to entertain. The property was clean, several very comfortable beds, master bedroom was huge and showers were great.

Great Stay Dallas, TX

Great stay. Convenient to both airports. Minutes from downtown. Beds super comfortable. House is as pictured. They give you access to the 2 car garage which was a plus because we had several vehicles and parking is limited. Ray was a GREAT host and responded quickly to our needs. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Dallas was hot but the house was cool!

WE had a great time in Dallas and spent most of our time in the home. The temps outside were unbearable but we stayed inside and enjoyed. The home is PERFECT for large groups and the beds were so comfortable. I can not recommend this place enough you will not be disappointed.

Amazing for large groups!

This house is so good for large groups. We had 8 people staying over a weekend, and we were surprised to find a house with a bed for everyone at a good price. The living room and kitchen areas also were great - there was plenty of space for everyone to dine together at the table, and the large couch was very comfy as well! The street is a little busy, but we were able to park 5 cars between the garage and driveway. Communication with the host for check in and check out was also really easy. Overall a great stay near downtown Dallas!

Great Space for a Group Trip

Our group had an excellent experience at the property. There was ample space for us to gather as a group in the dining room/living room area. There were also 4 bedrooms with more than enough beds available as well. We had no issues gets Uber rides to take us from the house to wherever we wanted to go. Overall, we had a great weekend and experience at the property.

Enjoyed my stay so much!! A 5 minute drive to everything, or at least what we needed! Not a super busy area, but from where I’m from it did feel a little different than what I’m used to. Such comfy beds! Plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. Plenty of room for a big group! We didn’t even end up using 2 of the rooms. Would definitely stay here again! Owner was awesome to communicate with!!

Clean and Spacious Home

I would recommend staying at this location. The house is easy to get to and isn’t far from tons of activities and restaurants. We didn’t travel more than 20 minutes for anything. Upon arrival, the surrounding neighborhood isn’t overly appealing, but we didn’t have any issues. The house itself is beautiful, and we were a group of 8 women and had plenty of room! It has one bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and big bathroom with shower and tub. Upstairs there is a full bath, one bedroom with 3 full size beds, and two bedrooms with 2 full size beds in each room for a total of eight beds in the home. There is also a half bath and a nice two car garage. I was also very impressed with the amount of extra linens available. No issues whatsoever with check-in or check-out.
