It was terrible we had no hot water no breakfast because there was a problem in the kitchen it has been the worse experience of a hotel that I’ve been in that area will never stay with them again

I stayed there 10-17-26 and there was no hot water at all, no ice, very few towels, no microwave. I would have not stayed but I was on a time limit. It was my 50th reunion and had to take freezing shower.

The bar was nice, hotel staff took 2 hours to bring extra towels and wash cloths. It seems to becoming more common now, that hotels don’t clean your room everyday even though we pay the same price for it. Hotel is convenient from The Dallas cowboys stadium and the price helps.

8min from stadium, the property is out dated , I’m guessing they have not upgraded since opening, pictures on website are probably originals,, the place is worn out. For the price and a 15min longer drive I could have gotten something cleaner .

There’s no microwaves in the room, so you have to get up, and go downstairs in the lobby to heat food up. 👎 that’s a loss of a star for me. But, it was a Great Hotel. Perfect for what was needed. 4⭐️ for sure.
