Nice rental in convenient location but not the cleanest

Initial communication with the property management was great however upon checking in we ran into an issue with the access code to the property. We were able to resolve that after calling the property manager. The location was great and the rental was nicely decorated however it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We found a worn black sock that a previous renter left in one of the beds, cobwebs everywhere, and a used make up towel left on the towel holder in the half bathroom downstairs. The rental included a few amenities but the internet kept disconnecting us while streaming Netflix, etc. Overall it was a nice rental but could have used a better cleaning prior to our check in.
