I had an absolutely terrible experience with this property. The host never responded to any of my messages, never provided check-in information, and their listed phone number was disconnected. I contacted them three times—once when my reservation was accepted, again the day after, and finally on the day of check-in. Not a single response. When I reached out to customer service, they confirmed the phone number was disconnected and that the host was unresponsive. Despite this, they told me I had to wait an additional 3 hours just to confirm that I still hadn't received the check-in details. This was completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Avoid this property at all costs!
