We really enjoyed our stay but there were somethings we expected in our room. Our room has a small kitchenette but it has no silverware, no plates, bowls, cups or pots and pans. When came prepared to cook some of our meals just to save money. We went to the area they served breakfast got some paper plates and plastic wear. Fortunately, that was all we needed.
The facility is clean. The bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good with the exception both mornings the food was cold. We had to go to our room and heat it in the microwave which was really do big deal. We almost always eat in our rooms.
My husband went to turn in the key cards. As he got to the car the lady at the front desk yelling that our card had been declined. I was puzzled because one we pre-paid through Expedia and what hotel charges when you are checking out. I’m not sure what happened as far as my credit card goes but I’m glad it happened. I feel like their front desk staff needs more training.
