"Had a great stay — super clean, well‑kept, and the staff were incredibly professional. The room had everything we needed. The only downside was the toilet taking a few tries to flush, but otherwise everything was excellent."

"The Loews Hotel Arlington is definitely one of my top stays to date. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Comfortable beds plus a gym & pool to write home about. The cafe downstairs is convenient and has tasty selections as well as the room service options. We were here from Friday to Monday, and the only issue we had was acquiring a microwave. You have to request for one. I called early Friday morning to reserve one and was promised one. However, we didn’t get one into the room until Sunday morning. Granted it was a concert/event weekend and the hotel was packed. Just keep in mind it may be an issue. The communication between staff was fairly easy even with the mix ups."
