Great Staycation

I had a great experience with the house, I actually live in Mckinney and it was super convenient to still be able to go to all my favorite places with friends in town. The location is fantastic and plenty of space.

Wonderful Home!

We absolutely loved our summer family staycation at this home. The house is roomy, providing lots of beds for everyone to sleep. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We are already planning our next stay here.

Family wedding weekend

The home was a great set up with the 4 bedrooms and game room. The pool was cool and used everyday during the 90+ heat. The pantry was stocked with some essentials, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Perfect for family stay and entertaining!

This property is in a lovely residential area with a fully fenced backyard that has an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool (too cool to use at Christmas). The home is spacious, has ample seating and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked for local family members in the large, pretty well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we all enjoyed the holidays and would return to this property in the future!

Mckinney in the middle of it all

We came in town for a family wedding and opted to have all of the family stay at one place. We had a great time chatting and eating around a splendid kitchen and dining room set up. Every one of us were impressed with the house and enjoyed our stay as many memories were created there. Big thanks for allowing this property to be rented. As the title said with all of the events and day trips we did the house was in the middle of it all as it was a short hop to where we were going.

Perfect Texas Home

We came down to Texas for the solar eclipse and this house was perfect! Our boys (5 and 6) were obsessed with the game room upstairs and loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect to explore different areas, with quick drives to Dallas and Plano. If we had questions the host was always quick to respond. If we come back down to McKinney we will definitely book here again!

Elite Travel Football Weekend

The home was clean and met our needs perfectly for our weekend visit for our teenagers travel football tournament. It allowed us to be a hub for meals and get out of the rainy cold weather in-between games. The host was very responsive with any concerns or additional questions we had regarding our visit. Wonderful family getaway!!

Awesome stay!! My family of 5 enjoyed our weekend stay. We were there for Mavericks game ( a hour away from the AA Ctr) same day as check in. Arrived a few hours earlier than check in time and Erik allowed us to check in early. The home was immaculate!! The home was welcoming with simple decor and no clutter. The pool was very nice. There is a nearby park where Oct. festivities were held on that Saturday. This was definitely an Excellent Stay. Thanks Erik for sharing your home.

place was great! went to town to visit family, ended up with them visiting me at this lovely house. took advantage of the wonderful pool during this massive heat wave and also enjoyed the game room. what a great place to stay! thanks so much for making it available! so much better than a hotel. Memories were definitely made. Great location also, easy access and close to great shops and restaurants. BOOK this one ! you wont be disappointed. only wish was for a king bed downstairs.

Great location, close to everything.

We enjoyed out stay in McKinney... the town is darling and our accommodations were so close to the center of town. I think this house would be fun in warmer weather... great pool out back and fabulous looking bbq area, all fenced in. As for our stay, we enjoyed it but the house could use some updates and a good cleaning. We had a couple items we needed to discuss with rental owner and could never get ahold of him... that was frustrating. We tried to email a few times (no contact number was ever given and there was no information left in the home) and he finally reached out once we were already home to say we needed to communicate through the app (which we hadn't done). All in all the house was fine, but not over the top. A little updating of the home would go a long way... there's potential there ;)

TLC needed

The house itself was great. Stay started rocky when I had to contact owner to get check in information and he sent prior check in codes and dates for different person. Was not confident codes were changed. Home is great but older and needs some definite TLC and a better cleaning service. Found dirty panties in entertainment center, crumbs in the couch, towels racks fell off the wall. The drains in the bathrooms look like they have not been scrubbed in a while. Just basic cleaning. The grill only half worked. But the pool was great and we enjoyed the game room. It definitely had plenty of room for the 8 adults that stayed and was a great location. The owner was quick to responds to anything needed. Just some Attention needed to the home itself.

Lovely home, but needs a lot of TLC

Lovely neighborhood and so close to the park which my kids really enjoyed. We wanted to love this home, it is nice house, but it really needed some TLC and deep cleaning. We enjoyed the game room and wish we could have used the pool, but the weather wasnt warm enough. The pool itself was very dirty. The outdoor area would be really great if it were also cleaned up. Indoors, it just looked like the home did not get cleaned very well. The kitchen had drawers that were broken and a few had spills/something sticky on them. There were items under the bed that were not picked up/vaccumed. The tub/drain in the bathroom upstairs was not cleaned at all and the bathroom had a huge hole in the wall behind the door. We had notified the owner so he knew we didn't make the hole, and he promptly replied that he was aware of it and it was due to wear and tear of a lot of people coming through. We rent a lot throughout the years via the major vacation rental site/companies and never want to leave a negative review, but hoping this review helps the owner to take a visit to the property and give it the TLC it deserves!! Again, a real nice home it just needs some love and will be wonderful again!

Great family get away

The place was perfect for our little family getaway. We were in town for a graduation and the pool was a great way to spend down time. Our only complaint would have been the cleanliness of the pool upon arrival. The water was clear but required skimming throughout prior to leisure. The downtown area was amazing, great location. All in all, would stay here again.
