Minimum age of 30 years of age to book property. Guests 18-65 must provide ID. Violation of rules cancel booking and forfeit all monies of reservation
We reserve the right to request a security deposit of $1000 in lieu of damages/incidentals.
Pet allowed on a by breed basis with prior Host approval. Two pet max with a $450 Pet deposit & $100/pet fee. Must also provide updated shot records.
