Parking
You’re welcome to park in the driveway (up to 2 cars) or inside the garage (up to 2 cars). Street parking is discouraged in accordance with HOA communications.
Please note: the garage door can only be opened from inside the garage. We recommend entering through the front door first, then opening the garage from inside if you plan to use it.

Allowed with prior approval and a separate fee. Pets must be house-trained, leashed outside (except in fenced backyard), and waste must be picked up.

Security camera located at the front door for your safety. No interior cameras—your privacy is respected.

To help maintain a peaceful environment, the property is equipped with non-intrusive noise monitoring devices — one located near the main living area and another on the patio. These devices do not record audio; they simply monitor noise levels to help prevent disturbances, promote respect for neighbors, and discourage unauthorized gatherings.

Water Leak Detection System:
For property protection, we have a total of four water leakage sensors installed under the sinks in the kitchen, common bathroom, and master bathroom. These devices provide silent, non-intrusive alerts in the event of a water leak to help prevent potential water damage. They do not record audio or video and in no way impact guest privacy.
