Cleaning Closet: There is a locked cleaning closet in the Guest bedroom that is off-limits to guests. Please do not tamper with or attempt to access this area. Any tampering, damage, or missing items will result in guests being held responsible for all associated costs.
Property Boundaries: The rental space is limited to the house structure line, marked by the elevated flower bed barriers. Beyond this barrier is private property. Please respect these boundaries, as entering this area may be considered trespassing.
Damage and Property Items:
Notification of Damage: Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay. Prompt notification allows us to address issues quickly and prevent additional charges.
Responsibility for Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning beyond normal usage.
Property Items: All provided towels and other property items must be returned in the same condition as provided. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing any items that are damaged or missing.
Internet Equipment and Service: Our property features secured internet equipment housed in an enclosed switch box in the living room. Do not tamper with this equipment. If it is determined that an internet outage or equipment damage was caused by guest interference, the guest will be responsible for the cost of technician services and repairs.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect these hours to maintain a peaceful environment for all.
Parties and Events: No parties or events are permitted on the property.

Common Area Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to common areas or buildings caused during their stay.
Illegal Substances and Weapons: Possession, storage, or use of illegal substances, materials, or weapons, including drugs, explosives, or chemicals, is strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activities: No illegal gambling or business activities, including the sale or commercial storage of alcohol, are allowed on the premises.
Subletting: Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
