The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checking out Time is 11AM Please put trash in the black trash can in the garage. Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays
Please, do not leave cigarettes butts around the home. We have HOA violations on this subject. Please put towels in the washer and start, or at least on the laundry room floor.
Before using the community pool, please read the rules posted. NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. Lost or misplaced pool card is a $45 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
