Minutes from The Star District, Legacy West, Grandscape, TopGolf, Lava Cantina, 121 & DNT. 4 bedroom home, with think comfy mattress, GREAT wifi, infiniti game table preloaded with games, nice washer and dryers. You will have access to the entire home, private fenced in back yard and 2 car rear entry garage. Quiet neighborhood full of work from home professionals and retirees. You will see lots of friendly people walking their dogs and enjoying the outdoors. Our guests can have gatherings with prior approval. We know you will be here for a while and may want some friends over which is great! Well behaved pets welcome and please leave no traces behind..of your pets. We ask you scoop your pets poop and cover any furniture they may sleep on. We have a hot tub coming soon in July of 2025!
