This was my first time staying at this hotel. Customer service was amazing. Always greeted when I was coming and going. Breakfast was good. The bar on the 9th floor was good as well as the view was beautiful!! Next time I visit Dallas this hotel will be my first choice.

I was completely surprised by TRU! It’s a no “fluff” hotel but artistically creates an efficient and pleasant environment. The staff are delightfully engaging and helpful. The property is spotless and each member takes pride in creating hospitality in “my hotel”. The hotel is located next to the freeway and can be heard all night. I realize that ear plugs and a white noise box were provided however it is time the hotel invest in insulation and new windows.

I stayed three nights and had a rental for the day. Parking is a fee but there are spaces. The hotel is in a safe place but I used Uber to get around. The room was clean but only thing is the fridge was not cleaned. There was leftover food still there when I arrived. Housekeeping came once during my stay for trash pickup and towel replacement. The staff was friendly and breakfast was free. Overall a nice place to stay.
