Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Self-check-in is available for a contactless experience, and guests are welcome to use all provided appliances, electronics, and kitchenware.



Garage parking is complimentary; guests simply need to register their vehicle to prevent towing. Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.

Major highways and thoroughfares are just minutes away, making access to the wider Dallas area simple and convenient.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:

• $25/night for stays of 1–4 nights

• $200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

• $300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

It was a nice location, close to many cool spots! Laundry pods, dish detergent, coffee pods, shampoo and body wash were provided. We didn’t have a chance to check out the amenities, but the neighbors were nice.
