The area felt very family- and kid-friendly, but there were also lots of options for adults who want to relax and have a little fun too. The highlight of my stay was the incredible customer service, especially from Sylvia at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and treated me like family. Her kindness truly made my stay memorable."
