"Excellent clean apartment. Great location in the center of old town. Close to all attractions and center of activities, and yet the apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful street. The manager gives great clear instructions to the location and the check-in and check-out process. The facility has free self service laundry faility which is a super plus add-on value. Highly recommended this place to stay in Dubronvik."

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

"Stayed here on our last night in Croatia. Very convenient for the subsequent very early trip to the airport. The owner wadvery friendly and helpful. The property is very well appointed with any facilities you might need. A short walk to either a local supermarket or into Cavtat. Would serve as a great base accommodation for a few days if so needed."

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The spacious, clean room came with a balcony offering an amazing sea view. It was also fully equipped with kitchen appliances, and both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning. The small pool was a nice bonus. One minor suggestion: guests are responsible for waste disposal before leaving, which I wish had been included in the fee. Overall, a great experience!"

"Overall, this was a nice place to stay for one night. The host was very generous and allowed us to come in early because of the rain. The Room is nicely decorated. There’s a nice view of the river from the balcony. Bed was comfortable, and overall the room was very clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and cruise port. Our only two suggestions are: provide a trashcan for the kitchen area and add a few door mats"

"The room was nice and clean. Well decorated. It was up three flights of stairs and the hallway was not well lit. The property was hard to find. Communication with owner was a bit difficult but when we eventually connected he was patient and made sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than expected. It didn't have a sitting area, as I expected from the pictures. The bed was small for a queen and was a little uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay. "

"Just a note that the property is located in a hill . One thing to know for visitors is that Dubrovnik is hilly and the old town is for walking only. Vehicles are not allowed."

"I want to start with the positives. This place is in an excellent location, we walked to everything in Old Town that we wanted to do. It was very clean, and well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and other basic necessities. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. The views from both windows were also really amazing. Communication was also very good! Now to the not so great. Stairs, stairs, stairs. It was mentioned in other reviews that there is no elevator, which was fine…...

"We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!"
