The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. "Wonderful location on the water, away from the crowds of old town, with easy access to the beach. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful, even with arranging late night airport pick ups. The rooms are okay with balconies facing the water or orchard or courtyard. The property is a bit old, and could use upgrades to the rooms and sufficient AC.
