"The apartment is superbly located just off the “Fruit Square” in the old town. Despite being on the 1st floor above well frequented restaurants and cafes, the noise was kept to a minimum as a result of the sound insulation. The host, Robert, met us to let us in, ensuring a smooth check in. The apartment was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine. AC to the lounge and bedroom were very good. "On arrival, the check-in staff were not very friendly and did not guide us correctly to our rooms. We felt we were not as well treated as we could have been, and felt somewhat disappointed with our check-in service. The room we were allocated had a sea view and a balcony. Unfortunately, there was construction right outside our room, obstructing some of the sea view and it was noisy from 7 am in the morning. We did receive appropriate compensation, but felt it best to give an honest review, as it did spoil our enjoyment. On our last day, we were not able to get a late check-out, although our flight was at 9 pm, because of a large delegation arriving for a conference. As a result, they did allow us use of the facilities, but we were unable to use the outside pool, or part of the outside bar area as a result, which would have been frustrating for guests arriving on the same day paying the full rate as everyone else. On check-out, they charged a credit card I had clearly asked not to be used - and had to subsequently ask for this to be refunded. I was then charged a fee by my credit card company and made a loss as a result. I was unhappy as Radisson is a good chain of hotels, and I am a member too, and usually I have never had any such issues before."

"The hotel is situated on large grounds among other hotels, trees and paths, some stores and restaurants in a setting that makes you feel you are in a village. However, the hotel is luxurious and very close the Mediterranean beach. I was there for a conference. I highly recommend it!"
