"This property was a little hard to find but that seems typical for the area. The property is in Old Town and near many historical buildings. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. "The facility does not have an elevator. We were told the building is part of the UNESCO site and cannot be retrofitted with an elevator. We were fine with stairs but some people may need to consider this when choosing where to stay. The room was also the smallest of all the places we stayed in Croatia during our 10-day trip. We managed well since it was only me and my wife and we are very fit. The host Toni is a very nice guy and gave many excellent recommendations on restaurants and money...

"Seven Seas Residence is a gem of a hotel. Lara who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. We arrived before our agreed check in time but were shown to our rooms within minutes. Our room was much nicer than we expected - clean with lots of room and a well equipped bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Split."
