"I liked the free shuttle service to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Hotel was very well appointed with many options to sit and enjoy a meal or just lounge around. Breakfast, which was also included in the price, was delicious. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was wonderful. My husband and I agreed we would come back whenever we returned to Paris."

"I did not realize that the shuttle hours did not include the mid afternoon - thus I paid 36 euros for a taxi. Also I hesitate to say this as I know how devistating it can be but I think I have some bed bug bites that appeared the next day. I would be happy to include picture but I’m pretty sure that’s what they are. My biggest concern is that I went from the hotel the next night to my family’s home. I am hoping I did not bring the bugs with me. We will see"

"The basics weren't provided in the bathroom, soap, shampoo etc. It's an airport hotel, people will toothpaste, please provide it. They room was different than shown in the photos, very small. There was a distinct odor in the blanket, pillows, towel. No hair dryer or iron pot provided. The property has 2-3 different hotels, they staff wasn't courteous when I was trying to take 2 large luggage bags to my room's floor in a wrong building - please provide the instructions beforehand!"

"I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers needing to be on time for their flights. In addition to that most of the TV channels weren’t available, and those available keep on stopping every two minutes. It was honestly a bad and disappointing experience especially when guests pay over €400/ night. Please take proper action ASAP. Thank you"

"Difficult to find and when you do get there it looks derelict and closed down. I wandered round trying to find reception. why they dont have any signs up to show you as looking through the window was a closed down bar and restaurant in a state of disrepair. No option for food or drink and arriving late in the evening no shops open. room was good size but the toilet room was an afterthought and tiny."

"It was a clean, new room. I was welcomed well and it was all explained to me. Most the room was controlled by a iPad. All worked well but personally I didn’t see the point of the iPad controlling everything including lighting…but it worked fine. I got a good nights sleep and went on my way the next day."
