"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "
