The room left a lot to be desired, the bathroom seemed life an after thought during planning. The staff were nice the breakfast was solid. We don’t have hot water during our stay which complicated things for us. Overall 2/5.

Customer service was top tier. Very family and welcoming. They knew we was leaving before they arrive for work and made me a box of breakfast food to take with me. Location was everything all the major attractions is within walking distance.

Lovely stay at this conveniently situated hotel. Close to all transport options the staff were very helpful & friendly & the rooms small but exactly what was needed. Larger rooms were available. I would definitely recommend.
