"Canceled my room and blamed 3rd party Expedia stating that card declined which was not true!! The hotel was over booked and instead of calling to confirm my arrival time, I’m sure they sold my reservation to someone else. Horrible experience as the receptionist argued in front of a packed lobby and began to humiliate stating if you have no money then your card declines!! Embarrassing to say the least and had to find another hotel in a panic as we travelled 3 hours and had early games for tourney...

"If you are looking for a quick stop to rest and go this is ok but the bathtub was rusted and gross. The breakfast was a joke. And forget getting any assistance when you ring the bell. Only thing I can say is I was able to check in way early after paying $20 extra. My house had caught fire and we had been on a transport 4 days straight no sleep. I’d stay again only if I HAD TO"

"Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and staff nice. Only issue was our ac wasn’t working. Room stayed on 80 degrees and was very humid. Had a hard time sleeping thru the night. Luckily we had an early event the next morning."
