On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and Cot as overcrowding possible: no. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and Gas or electric stove, basic kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.

Damp. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. The holiday park includes the Baltic Sea Hotel, situated directly at the marina, with over 300 rooms and over 200 holiday homes. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Parking fees on the hotel grounds at the “Ostseehotel Midgard” - 1st hour: completely free of charge / each additional hour: €1.80 / day ticket: €14.00 / weekly ticket: €55.00. Alternative: Use of the large car park at the entrance to the town is completely free of charge. From there, the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and takes guests directly to the hotel as well as throughout the entire resort.
