"Just an average hotel for the high price paid. Small room with no mini-fridge, coffee machine, tissue paper, water or glassware for water, etc. No extra pillows or blanket. Starbucks in the lobby. Restaurant small and very simple and unappealing. Hotel needs updating."

"When we got to the hotel they did not have my reservation through Expedia. Staff could not explain what the problem was. Staff has very poor communication skills. It was not until I requested to speak to the manager that the issues were explained to me and they could be fixed. Rooms are not cleaned ..."
