Welcome to our beachfront house on Beach Road in Dana Point, California! This charming coastal retreat offers a truly unforgettable experience. With a private deck and stunning ocean views, it's perfect for beach lovers and relaxation seekers. The beach is steps away from the back door.

Beyond beach access, the house is conveniently located near attractions. Explore the harbor, Doheny State Beach, Dana Point Headlands, or go on a whale watching adventure.

This single level home is part of a side by side duplex, which can also be rented as a whole and is a great option for extended family or groups of friends. classic single level coastal property is the perfect prime beach front retreat that offers panoramic views of Catalina Island, magical sunsets, sailboats and even dolphins playing in the surf. The residence offers an open floor plan that is great for entertaining with the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and ocean front deck. The location was perfect. Steps from the ocean. Chris was wonderful! The house was so outdated. Really disappointing to pay so much for such a run down place.

Could use some basic improvements
The property is literally on the beach, which is the best selling point. The deck is shared and not as large as the photos indicate. There was no outside water or bucket to rinse sandy feet and we struggled to keep the sand off the floor. The hall bathroom mirror is broken and leaning on the wall. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and could not opened. There were no kitchen towels, wash cloths, hand towels or bath mats. Only bath towels were provided. The rug in the living area is very dirty and needs a good cleaning. The kitchen was adequately stocked although we could not locate a cheese grater. Our family enjoyed the location but we would not stay here again.

Beach House 40th Celebration!
Pictures show exactly what you get. House was clean and had all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Chris was very quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfection! Any place along Beach Road is worth every penny for the views and sounds of the ocean all day and night! Coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening on the porch were AMAZING! Kids had fun boogie boarding and playing in the sand and surf.

Great home right on the beach
Our two favorite things about our stay was the location, on the ocean and close proximity to everything we needed. The home was clean, well stocked and the property manager was very communicative. The home had boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs. Thank you for a great stay.
