"Our stay at the hotel was fabulous! The hotel was a lovely place to stay in a quiet area! The staff were very friendly and kind! HOWEVER, HOTELS.COM MISREPRESENTED OUR ROOM!!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS TRIP!!! In Albuquerque we were supposed to have a Mountain View, we had an interstate wall view and it was noisy!! For this stay, we were supposed to have a beachfront room. We had a view of the building!!!! The hotel manager inform this happens quite often with HOTELS. COM. THEY SHOW PICTURES OF “UPGRADED” ROOMS TO SELL THE ROOM!!!! THEY TELL YOU IT’S A FREE UPGRADE AMD WHEN YOU GET TO THE HOTEL IT’S NOT THE ROOM YOU BOOKED!!! Unfortunately a beachfront room wasn’t even available for our first night. Luckily the manager was kind and gave us a beachfront room the second night. I WILL NOT USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN!!!!"
