Perched right on the water`s edge along Beach Road, this oceanfront townhome puts the Pacific at the center of your stay. Morning light spills across the waves as you step onto your patio, and by evening, the sky shifts through golds and pinks above the horizon. The steady rhythm of the tide sets the pace here - this is coastal California at its most immediate, in Dana Point`s gated Beach Road community, a stretch locals call the Californian Riviera.



The space

This entire lower-unit townhome accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths. The Master Suite features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and a twin bed. A full sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space for your group. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable throughout the year, and the indoor gas fireplace brings a cozy warmth to cooler coastal evenings. A washer and free in-unit dryer are available for longer stays, and essentials are provided for your arrival.



Living area

Two sofas anchor the main seating area alongside a 56` TV and Wifi. A dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection are available if you need to stay connected with work. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib - both available upon request.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. You`ll find a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee setup. A dining table seats 8, making it easy to gather for meals with the whole group after a day on the water.



Outdoor living

Your private patio or balcony faces the shoreline directly - beach view and ocean view with nothing in between. At high tide, waves push up against the shoreline; at low tide, the sand opens wide below. Beach access lets you step down to the shore whenever you like, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a swim effortless. An outdoor dining area and gas BBQ grill are ready for relaxed meals with the ocean as your backdrop. A backyard area rounds out the outdoor space.



Practical details

The home includes a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to 2 cars. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple. Home safety amenities include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-week or mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - please inquire during the week of your stay. There is no extra fee if the request can be accommodated.



Location

Situated between San Clemente and Dana Point, Beach Road sits along one of Southern California`s most distinctive stretches of coastline. Everything you need is within reach while the ocean remains right outside your door.



Note: This home sits directly on the water on Beach Road. Train tracks are nearby - please keep this in mind when booking. For light sleepers, earplugs and white noise machines are provided.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
