    Lots of ocean beauty from the large bedroom sliding glass door to the grass and patio viewing. State of the art Baths with marble and rainforest shower heads. One Tub/Shower combo-One walkin shower.

The complex boasts a newly remodeled heated pool, workout room, three jacuzzi, one contiguous to this condo with ocean view. Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, microwave, ice maker, electric oven, and baking sheets; full ocean view, bar top eating, as well as a family built- in kitchen nook for congregating and playing your board games (provided). Great stay and location.

Really enjoyed this rental with my family. Location is great, the house was clean and the view was spectacular. There was a little upstairs noise early in the morning, but it was very minor and didn’t disturb us. Communication with the host was very quick. We’ll definitely look for this one again in future stays.

Great family location

The condo was as advertised, it was clean and comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything we would need. Lovely view from the patio. We love the walk down to beach from the condo and also the proximity to some of our favorite beaches, restaurants and shops in the area.

Spring Break in Dana Point

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, and the space was great for a spring break stay with kids. The proximity to the hot tub and grassy area outside the condo were big perks for us! The beds and bedding were also very comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in a great location, in a gated community so extremely safe. There is everything you might need for your holiday including beach equipment and beach towels. There are a couple of restaurants and a small store within a ten minute walk and the nearest beach is no more than 5mins drive. The pool and 2 hot tubs were very much appreciated after long day’s sightseeing in LA. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all.

Better than I hoped

We had been looking for an opportunity to stay at this condo because of the incredible view. Everything was perfect. Many things recently updated including new mattresses and very comfortable sheets. Mary the property manager was very helpful and immediately responsive. We cannot wait to stay again next year!

Perfectly simple!

Location is fantastic for any beach. An hour to Sea World or an hour to LA. Plenty of nice beaches 5-7 minutes away. Groceries within a couple miles. Beautiful view and quiet/somewhat remote. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely try and use Mary again!

Working vacation

Spent a fantastic week at this gem of a property. While my son spent the days training with his baseball team, I spent my days working with the best view from either the patio or the dining table. The property was spotless and had every amenity to make our week stay feel like home! Check in and out were seamless and I’ll mention again the VIEW is top notch! We will definitely be staying again for our future trips.

What a View!

So glad we stayed at this property! The location was great for us to go all around Orange County. The unit itself was perfect for us. We didn’t eat in much and whatever we needed was available. Particularly liked having the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and umbrella available. Nice to be right near the condo hot tub and sunning area. Would stay again. Thanks for sharing it!

Wonderful location and views, spacious layout, well-furnished. On-site info was sparse but the property manager was incredibly responsive and friendly. One of the better equipped kitchens we've had in VRBO's. The only issue we had was noise from upstairs neighbors in the wee hours, but what can you do? Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Gym was updated since the last time we were there. Pool was heated. Three hot tubs on property. No better view of the ocean on the property in my opinion. Can't wait to come back next year.

Amazing location! A hidden gem in one of the very best communities in Southern California. The condo was better in person than in the pictures. Everything was in order and easy.Mary was responsive and easy to work with. We are already planning our next visit to this beautiful home away from home.
