This hotel is the best in the area. Staff is very helpful and kind. They put fresh baked cookies out every afternoon. I have a Service Dog and she was treated so very kindly by all of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, pet friendly, nice place. The lobby was a very nice place to sit and have coffee by the fireplace. The only negative was I didn't like that the buffet breakfast was $14.95 pp. It was nothing special. So I did not eat anything before driving long distance.

We stayed 2 nights. The lighting in the room was just ok...Excellent in bathroom. Night light feature would have been helpful ; and another light in the anti-room for reading. The upper plug at the desk electrical outlet was too loose to hold a standard recharging plug and wouldn't adequately charge my phone; tried using the upper plug at the coffee station but that too was "loosey goosey".. Breakfast bar was standard fare but very nicely presented- raisin bran cereal was stale; eggs were delicious; apple was way past fresh; but melons were tasty.. Staff were very polite; our room, hallways, lounges and hotel entry were very clean/ no odors. Great location for travelers along Rt 84. Not sure how it would be when there was a conference in session or the hotel more crowded. For use it was very good ; and we would not hesitate to stay there again

The room and building were clean. Location off the high way was really convenient and it was close to a huge mall. Several restaurants were only a five minute drive. The room itself was a double full bed suite and it was clean and spacious. One thing to note, no smart tvs which would’ve been nice, we were traveling with children and there were like 20 local boring channels/ no cartoons or movies.

The room was spotless, and the hotel was beautiful. Staff at the front desk were efficient but a smile from any of them would have gone a long way. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was happy to have the option. The location is great for dining and shopping. Would stay again.
