Everything was spotless, beds comfy in fact couldn't have asked for more. The girls loved being with the animals and in the play area - we had to drag them off to go into Scarborough! "Great old fashioned hotel. We had a newly refurbished room was excellent. The breakfast was great. Pity the lift isn’t working I do think people should be made aware of this and all the building work that is going on. For some elderly people this is a main concern For the two nights we were there we had a great time and were made very welcome "
