Best Western West Towne Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The morning breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! They have an actual person who cooks the breakfast for you. I had French toast and bacon. They also had a lot of after-hours options for food and drink at the front desk area. The suite was really beautiful. It had a living room, bath, bedroom, and sink in the hall outside of the bathroom. A fridge and microwave were in the bedroom. My only complaint is that the pillows and bed weren't super comfortable. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, and I'd be happy to stay there again."

"Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and explore downtown Madison. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again!"
