The included spa added to the experience as well. If I come back to Kyoto, I will definitely consider coming back here again. "

"Very close to Kyoto station, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of variety and delicious food. I also enjoyed the open air layout of the hotel. "

"The best hotel we have stayed during our 2 weeks trip to Japan! Staffs help you carry your baggage’s the moment you arrive (straight to your room!). Room was large (we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room!) which was super amazing from the hotel staffs considering we have 2 little toddlers and a pregnant wife. You can catch the shuttle bus to the main stations for free, again the staffs help you load and unload everything, a VIP service! I will come back to Kyoto for 1 whole week for our next trip to Japan and will certainly stay at this hotel! Extremely highly recommended!!"

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Conveniently located about three minutes from the Kyoto station. Of course, three minutes can turn into 30 minutes if you get swallowed up by that train station! The hotel is lovely. Rooms are crisp and clean. They provide an excellent breakfast catering to both Japanese and western tastes. One thing to note is you might want to look at the room selection and see if you can get a room either on the backside or the side of the hotel so you’re not facing the train station which tends to be a little bit noisy."
